Clients Representations & Obligations:

1) Provide access and minimal space for performance area of the photo booth;
2) There is a standard 120 volt electric outlet within 25 feet of the desired photo booth area;
3) If the event is held outdoors, there must be a level, concrete-like surface for placement of the photo booth; photo booth must be safely covered by weighted tent or patio type roof in-case of any rain. In an event of extreme weather (rain, strong winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel outdoor setups & setup inside if possible.
4) Client shall be responsible for any damage to the photo booth caused by the Client or any of the Client's guests. The Client hereby indemnifies and agrees that it shall pay Pikaboo Photo Booth forthwith following the event for any damage to Pikaboo Photo Booth equipment which may occur at the Event, which was caused by the Client or their guests, invites or person's attending.
5) Client covenants, acknowledges and agrees that Pikaboo Photo Booth has the right to use all photos, videos and/or evaluations of the Event which they may record, for self-promotion.
6) Pikaboo Photo Booth will not be held liable for any guest images depicted on the course of the photo booth use.
7) Pikaboo Photo Booth strictly prohibits the use of our product/services of any inappropriate photos including, but not limited to, indecent exposure, sexual contact, and photos depicting violence, racism or criminal activity.
Pikaboo Photo Booth Representations & Obligations:

1) Transport and provide an operational photo booth for the duration of the number of hours booked. Client acknowledges the photo booth may require onsite maintenance and/or servicing during the Event and consequently, the photo booth may operate for 95% of the number of hours booked as a result of maintenance or servicing that may be required (Ex: Printer Paper & Ink Refill);
2) To provide a qualified and experienced Pikaboo Photo Booth staff member to maintain and service the photo booth as required;
3) Set-up and Take-down the photo booth in a timely manner.
Other Terms & Conditions:

1) A 50% deposit is required to reserve an Event date upon signature of this letter of agreement. Outstanding balances are due latest 48 hours before the Event date. If the balance is not paid 48 hours before the Event then our service may be forfeited with no refunds.
2) If photo booth services are cancelled by the Client more than 48 hours before the Event date, the service will be refunded
3) If photo booth service are cancelled by the Client less than 48 hours before the Event date, but more than 24 hours, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
4) If photo booth services are cancelled by the Client less than 24 hours before the Event date, there will be no refunds.
5) In the event of a mechanical failure of the booth during the event Pikaboo Photo Booth is unable to provide a functioning photo booth pursuant to this agreement, the Client and Pikaboo Photo Booth agree, Pikaboo Photo Booth's maximum liability is the return of payment Pikaboo Photo Booth has received. If Pikaboo Photo Booth is only able to provide partial services due to a mechanical failure, then charges to the Client shall be prorated and given back package hours that were not used.
4) This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no amendment, change or modification shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties hereto. Accordingly, this Agreement supersedes all prior oral, written and other agreements between the parties.
